🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
✔ Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
✔ Candidate should have passed Matriculation & 10+2 from a school/institution situated in Himachal Pradesh (except Bonafide Himachalis).
Experience Required
PACS Quota: Minimum 3 years continuous service as Secretary (as per HP Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971) of Primary Agriculture Credit Society.
OCS Quota: Minimum 5 years continuous service in a cooperative society (Other Societies or PACS employees not covered as Trained Secretaries).
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
Above 18 years & below 45 years. Born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both inclusive).
Relaxations: SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/WFF – 5 years; Ex-Servicemen up to 12 years max as per norms.

✅ Selection: Based solely on online examination merit → Document Verification (1.75 times vacancies called). No interview.
💰 Salary / Pay Scale
Basic Pay : ₹19,900/- per month (Level-2)
+ admissible allowances as per Bank rules. Regular pay scale applicable.
Total Gross : 48k - 52k
Probation period: 2 years (extendable up to 3 years).
📁 Crucial Documents / Experience Proof
✔ Experience certificate must be issued by concerned Inspector of Society & countersigned by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, HP.
✔ Supporting documents: (i) Copy of managing committee resolution for initial appointment. (ii) Statutory audit report pages for at least 3 years (PACS) or 5 years (OCS) showing salary payment.
✔ Bonafide Himachali, Caste, EWS, Ex-SM, WFF, PwBD certificates as applicable.
✔ Educational marksheets, graduation degree, matriculation & 10+2 certificates.
